Impressions of the hotel are only positive. We stayed for one night before the flight. hotel is located on the outskirts of Dotrmund, 7 km from the airport, 8 minutes drive, on the way two gas stations, refueled at Shell, there sits a 24-hour operator, second gas station near the airport. There's nothing to see around the hotel. Parking paid 8 euros per day, in front of the hotel behind the barrier, there are free parking spaces for locals, car was put there. Reception is 24 hours a day. Check-in took less than a minute. hotel meets all standards and quality of three stars. There are shopping carts for luggage. There's an elevator. All rooms are air-conditioned, for July, street was +35, it was very relevant. There were no questions on the room, room is clean and of sufficient size, repairs are fresh, bed linen is fresh, mattresses are comfortable, there were extra pillows. There is an electric kettle with bags of coffee and tea in the room. Wi-Fi was working perfectly. In the lobby there is a free coffee machine for hotel guests, as well as an ice maker. There is a bar near reception where you can buy drinks. There is no restaurant at the hotel, in the next building there is an Italian restaurant, saw how the Germans ordered pizza delivery and on the terrace of the hotel it and ate. Breakfasts without delicacy, you won't be hungry: sausage, meat and cheese cuts, cucumbers, tomatoes, boiled eggs, yogurts, pile of different bread and small croissants, juices, tea, juices. We had an early departure and despite the fact that breakfasts are officially from 6. 00 (on weekends from 6. 30), at our request, at 5. 30 without problems, everything was served for breakfast.

I found the location very convenient, just a short walk to the U-bahn. The room wassuper clean and cozy, with a nice electric kettle and quality cups for tea. The breakfast selection impressed me greatly, especially the variety of drinks available. There were a couple of issues. The parking fee felt a bit high at €12 per night. Even though the room was on the smaller side, it was perfect for a one-night stay.

Clean 2* Hotel, friendly staff, located directly beside B1. Nothing special, but good value for money.

The hotel is very quiet and cosy. The clean the room is daily. The breakfast is not very complicated but we found all that we like it for a breakfast and every morning was pleanty of quality food. The hotel is close to the airport and also close to the center of the city.

Breakfast selection impressed me, but the room felt cramped for my family. Parking fee was also unclear.

Arrived very tired check in was fast and carried out by a very pleasent young lady .hotel was very quiet.

Nothing to dislike

We only stayed the one night and got a good late price on the room. The staff member worked tirelessly during the evening to help us with any of our questions and needs, she really made us feel welcome and make the most of our short stay.

The breakfast buffet featured a great variety, including a pancake machine that was a good surprise.

The room layout felt cramped, particularly in the bathroom, which could be less accommodating for taller guests.

Delicious and great breakfasts with a train line into the city 5 minutes walk and wide options to choose, as example, everyone could try something new. The room was fairly quiet and bright, had nice private bathroom...

The room was comfy, but the bathroom was a tight squeeze for tall folks.

I liked the staff, the cleanliness and the good breakfast.

I did not like paying for parking in an out of town location,that should be free. I also did not like the fact that there were no drawers in any of the furniture.I Would expect to have drawers in the bedside cabinets at least. I would have prefered to have a wardrobe or more hanging space for my clothing. The tea/coffee making facilties were not good as there was not enough coffee or tea bags and powdered sachets of milk are unacceptable.ther should be small fresh milk cartons. I am sure that if these problems were corrected then guests would have a much better stay at the holiday inn.

Having to pay to park in an out of town hotel location. No English tv chanels,not even cnn news,which is nearly always available in most international hotels I have stayed in.
